Inside Grease Trap Services
INSIDE GREASE TRAP SERVICES
We know, “Inside Grease Trap Services” sounds like the worst Bruce Willis movie ever. But believe us, grease trap issues are nothing to laugh at. A grease overflow or drain issue can shut your business down fast, so it’s important to stay on top of these things.
That’s why our approach goes well beyond standard grease trap cleaning services – it’s about handling all of your company’s grease removal needs.
In addition to inspecting your system, we’ll check for signs of wear and tear, identifying any potential problems and suggesting an appropriate maintenance plan and service frequency. All focused on ensuring that your grease system continues to run smoothly.

Inside Grease Trap Cleaning
Consistent and effective interior grease trap servicing is an important element in keeping your indoor pipes running smoothly. That’s because fats, oils, grease and solids (FOGS, for those of us who do this for a living) can collect in your pipes, none of which is good news.
Inside grease trap cleaning is something we offer to a wide range of commercial food service businesses, including hotels, restaurants, retirement homes, commercial cafeterias, school dining facilitates and more.
Our trained technicians employ the Kaiser-Battistone 14-Point Inside Grease Trap Preventative Maintenance Program (ask them to name all 14 for you). During this process, we will properly scrape down the walls of the trap as well as inspect the condition of the trap itself, including baffles and cover. We will fully clean the trap and replace gaskets and snake clogged lines as needed.
During our visit, our technician will also review and update the paperwork on all of your interior traps. From there, and based on trap conditions, we will recommend an appropriate service frequency and update the service log so that the health department has all the proper documentation.
(Keep in mind that some towns require a specific frequency for grease trap services. To learn more about your local grease regulations, check out our Regulations & Resources page. Feel free as well to contact your Kaiser-Battistone Environmental technician or local board of health for more information and to avoid any violation fees.)
